NO FOOLIN'

"Sing Street" was the next to the last movie for the SAGAFTRA Film Society yesterday.  The lilt of Irish accents and a trip back to the eighties from writer/director John Carney (creator of Once) is a nice little film.   I love to see movies now and then where we don't know the actors. This makes the characters totally own themselves.  There is no preconceived notion about the personality of the characters except what shows up in the story.

No pithy insights.  April slipping away.  Had a great time with my friend, Jill, yesterday.
A talented and pretty and present presence she is.  Truly.
